TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VCS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT WILL VCS’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VCS (IF ANY) FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VCS from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

12) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by law.
